Take that out of the equasion, this company has over 1 billion shares after the Magna financing deal. Did everyone think this was going to be a multi billion dollar company simply because they were up listing? With this companies share structure there was always going to be a need for an R/S. So to me it isn't a big deal and for those who know much or anything for that matter. So .001 isn't a reality it's a scare tactic " dump so I can get me some cheapies, or my short can bring in higher profits" nothing more. People were hitting the ask Friday afternoon and NITE second attempt at shaking more shares loose cost him nearly 2 million shares, and again his wall came down. No body holding that many shares pre R/S would have still been holding them at .0045 if they ever intended to dump. There will be a bounce this week you should see 8-10% plus recovery per day and that's without expected catalysts that I expect very soon.
