TRTC will be the only Publicly traded Company with a cultivation seed to sale license in the entire state of California based on new law AB 266 IMH0 and I know of no other Public Company in California selling Medical Marijuana.

If my hunch is correct, the value of said license will bring untold fortunes to shareholders for years to come as California is the Klondike of Marijuana Gold/Green Rush.

It doesn't matter what the private dispensaries do.......as prospective traders and investors will want to share in with TRTC .

I have said many times before...... The stock Market does not comprehend the value of TRTC.........but they will.......and when they do.........

the stock will be halted...... repriced........... and headed to the circle of winners such as Google, Facebook, Amazon etc.........

If you look at GW Pharma you will see it doubled in price in premarket . That will happen to TRTC but by a ten bagger..... :)
