The vast majority of shares listed are toxic conversions dumped upon bagholders. Whether or not they can dump out is of no matter to the company as long as they can still continue to dilute the unlimited AS. No bid for quite some time, no interest either, and no end to potential dilution. But, filings aren't too far off, $5,000,000 or so in sales will keep the company alive a bit longer.
