Hmmm...ARYC is worthless, yet certain someones think they are able to pay them over 200 million dollars.....ARYC must have some kind of value to offer these people or they would not be suing for such an amount. Future sales, IP, buyout, something? You do not sue someone unless you think you can get something out of it and to get something out of something it must be worth something.

That's a lot of somethings.
