General, unless you are part of the lawsuit you have no idea what is going on, or will happen. And even being part of the lawsuit....you still would not know the outcome. So calm down and let everyone decide if they want to buy in or not because you are doing nothing but hoping/guessing/wishing for the outcome you stand behind. If this gets thrown out, which very likely could happen, the stock would soar just on that news alone.
