Letter To Wicks via e-mail this day.

Dear Mr. Wicks,

I and numerous other investors send greetings to you Mr. Wicks. My name is xxxxx xxxxxxxxx and I am a police officer and former Marine. I invested in your company because I can appreciate the technology your company has developed. I personally know nearly 30-40 investors like myself at my work place. You have many investors here in the xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx Police Department. Through no arm twisting of my own they have willingly come on board as investors because like me they see the potential of your products. I also participate in an investors board (InvestorsHub.com) and have made numerous contacts with other investors there. I have been an investor with your company for approx. 20 months now. I have some concerns that stem from previous PRs that HISS has issued to share holders like myself. We have been keeping the faith but have grown increasing alarmed with the latest developments. Besides the latest developments it appears that there has been no follow through on numerous PRs. I will cite several examples with questions below. Your comment on each one will be appreciated. I will then disseminate your comments and answers to fellow share holders.

ASHEVILLE, N.C., Aug. 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. Q-Have we sold any of these units and are we still distributing them?

3)- Homeland Integrated Security Systems Targets Expansion Into Europe
ASHEVILLE, N.C., Aug. 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) is pleased to announce that it will start marketing and selling its products to partners and customers in the European market this month. Establishing a relationship with one or more GSM carriers will enable the Cyber Tracker to operate off of their networks in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Homeland Integrated Security Systems will also be marketing the Cyber Tracker and the Quantum Sniffer to diverse industries such as the automotive and defense industries. In the automotive industry, manufacturers such as Volvo and BMW will be integrating ``wireless features'' in their cars and trucks in the near future.
``The European market represents a big opportunity for Homeland Integrated Security Systems to integrate our products into diversified industries,'' stated Frank A. Moody II, Chairman and CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems.
Q-Any more information pertaining to this PR? The PR advised ‘this’ month which is almost a year ago.

4)- Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement With Guardian Shield Protection
ASHEVILLE, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 16, 2005 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. Q-Where do we stand with this distribution agreement?

5) - Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. Signs Exclusive Marketing Agreement for the Cyber Noze - ''The Next Generation in Portable Explosive Detection.''
ASHEVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 9, 2005--Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. ASHEVILLE, N.C., Feb. 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc., (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) announced today that they have entered into a consulting contract with Lance Long, Ph.D. Dr. Long is vice-president of eScreen Sensor Solutions, a Florida-based technology company involved in Cargo Container screening using electronic ``nose'' technology. Lance Long will be working with the engineering staff of HISS to develop a conductive-polymer sensor system, CyberNoze. When deployed, the CyberNoze will continuously monitor cargo containers during transit. HISS intends to integrate this CyberNoze technology with their CyberTracker vehicle and personnel tracking equipment and Rad-Con radiation detection equipment to offer a new level of security at seaports.

7) - Homeland Integrated Security Systems Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Implant Sciences
CyberNoze to Distribute Explosives Detection Equipment for Security Threats In Lebanon
ASHEVILLE, N.C., July 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News), a leading provider of wireless security solutions and products for national security and industry, announced today the execution of an exclusive distributor agreement with Implant Sciences Corporation (AMEX:IMX - News) for the marketing, distribution, and service of Implant's revolutionary Quantum Sniffer handheld and desktop explosives detection equipment. The Quantum Sniffer will be distributed through the Homeland Integrated Security Systems CyberNoze security division. HISC has taken delivery of units for introduction into its exclusive territory of Lebanon, and will seek to expand the geographic presence of the CyberNoze promoted explosives detection product throughout the Middle East.
Implant's Quantum Sniffer technology is clearly differentiated from competitive products as a result of being a non-contact device that detects most explosives vapors directly, as opposed to hand wiping of all trace explosives particles, as competitive products presently do. In countries such as Lebanon, having regional instability and anti-terrorism issues, CyberNoze will promote this technology for use in the detection of trace residues of explosives materials for aviation and transportation security, protection of high threat facilities, infrastructure, customs and border protection, and cargo screening.
Dr. Anthony J. Armini, PhD., CEO of Implant Sciences, commented, ``We are pleased to form this alliance with Homeland Integrated Security Systems which will facilitate the introduction and distribution of our explosives detection technology through the CyberNoze division. This alliance will broaden the reach of distribution into international territories considered to be at a high risk to threat of terrorist attacks.''
Q- These three PRs are very confusing. Did HISS develop the Cyber Noze or did IMX? To what extent was the USN involved? Please clear this up for your investors.

8) - Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. Enters Negotiations to Sell Cyber Products to the Middle East and Central America
ASHEVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 2005--Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HISC - News) announced today that they have entered negotiations to sell their "Cyber" products in various Middle Eastern and Central American Countries. Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.s' CEO, Frank Moody has confirmed that he has received a letter of intent to purchase "Cyber" products, and all parties are working to finalize these purchase orders.
"We have been in negotiations, and I plan to conclude these negotiations when I travel to the Middle East beginning June 27th and Central America in Mid July," stated Frank Moody, Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc.'s CEO.
In the next several weeks Homeland Integrated Security Systems will be delivering the results from its Savannah Port project, where it tested the "Cyber Tracker." Homeland Integrated Security Systems plans to market its "Cyber" line of security products to over 350 major ocean ports, approximately 175 major commercial river ports, and major airports and other secured facilities.
"The results of these tests will open many doors for our company, both in the US and around the world. I am very excited for our company and our shareholders," stated Frank Moody, CEO, Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.
Q-What happened in Central America? Has Pro Sec received the CTs and Sniffers they ordered?

9) - Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. Completes Successful Demonstrations to Top U.S. Port Authority and Port Security Officials -- as Featured on Mac Report.Net
ASHEVILLE, N.C., Aug. 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) is pleased to announce that the company has concluded a series of successful demonstrations to top executives from ports around the country. According to CEO Frank Moody's interview on Mac Report.Net, ``As a result of last week's seminar, meetings are currently being scheduled to provide U.S. ports with CyberNoze, Cyber Tracker, and Cyber Rad products.''
The CyberNoze division of Homeland Integrated Security Systems demonstrated the Quantum Sniffer explosives detection device, which was developed by Implant Sciences Corporation (AMEX:IMX - News). Executives demonstrated the Quantum Sniffer at the American Association of Port Authorities seminar for Port Security and Safety which was held from July 27-29, 2005 in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The Quantum Sniffer demonstrations included participation from the various port officials and successful detection of TNT and C4 Explosives.
The Quantum Sniffer is clearly differentiated from competitive products as a result of being a non-contact device that detects most explosives vapors directly -- as opposed to hand wiping of all trace explosives particles, as competitive products presently do. The CyberNoze division will promote this technology for use in the detection of trace residues of explosives materials for aviation and transportation security, protection of high-threat facilities, infrastructure, customs and border protection, and cargo screening.

Q-Where do we stand with Savannah? Are they still utilizing our products? What kind of feed back did we get from the various Port officials present at that demo?

. I have some other questions that we investors want to know.

1) In reference to the Globaltek site that has HISS address on it. Is this the same company as Globaltek Solutions whose CEO is Mohamed Shazad?

2) Where is Barry Bennett and is he still involved with us?

3) Have we received any feed back from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police?

4) What is the o/s at this point? That has many of us concerned since the pps has been back sliding for many months now.

Please forgive me for how lengthy this letter is with the numerous PR inserts. These questions weigh heavy on all our minds. I sent a variation of this letter to Mr. Moody but never received as response which was most disconcerting. Please take the time to respond because it will have a very favorable impact with your investors.

I have talked to Troy Vandyke several times in the past in reference to a new up and coming technology called the RADAR Flashlight. I am a former SWAT officer who was tasked to research the technology of heart beat sensors for SWAT and EMS rescue operations. I spoke to a Mr. Eugence Greneker from the Georgia Institute of Technology who initiated the development. What they are trying to develop is a hand held device that can penetrate mediums such as block walls and sense respiration and heart beat of hiding or trapped people. Their ultimate goal is to develop something akin to the motion detector portrayed in the Hollywood movie Aliens and the heart beat sensor used in the computer game Rainbow 6. Sounds outrageous to use these two examples but they are working to make fiction fact. This technology will come to fruition and the reason I make mention is that when it does HISS should be there. It will be a huge windfall for whatever company markets this device when it comes along.

Best Regards,
