The amount of shares shorted total on this ticker symbol is not even 10% of this cover you claim. No one shorts pennies, what do you not get. "Shorting" in the OTC is essentially just massive convertible debt being realized.

BTW, using your verbage, the news says within 10 days 300,000,000 more shares will be "shorted",, careful with this one.
