There is information on this board about it. They are in financial trouble regardless what others may think. They have no choice but to sell shares and take on more toxic financing. I suspect will see some fluff soon before the report is out as a last ditch effort to sell shares and then down she goes 30-50% in PPS. It is going to get ugly here. I don't know if you have noticed but the more credible pro Surna people have left the board and moderators have resigned. You now have a known shares selling machine toxic MM sitting with unlimited shares filling any and all orders. The shares structure is not correct listed at the OTC. The float has not been updated for over a year and has increased by far. Multiple times I had requested an update from the now gone CFO. RED FLAG
