Be open to canada as their are a ton of great investments there as well. The currency up about 5% YTD is helping matters too so do keep that in mind.

This is also the first time the VMIR is in positive territory all year, it has never been positive in 2016 until today, so that is something else I found interesting. all is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
