Again, nobody here cares about Kick-Starter. It is not news for this board or this investment.
First, your only comments against Benny are his so-called failed Kick-Starter projects. It is the only so called evidence you can produce that calls him a fraud. The rest is just being a JV CEO, which we all know he is.
Second, everything you are linking all seems to be the work of one person "Gerard van Schip". All the updates you link us too are his, and the youtube video is one he made.
Van Schip clearly has a personal axe to grind against Benny with his constant "call to arms" against Benny. Oh no, he is out a few hundred dollars from a failed Kick-Starter campaign (which there are thousands of).
If that amount of money is so important to him, he should not have used it for Kick-Starter or maybe he is after the principle of the matter... I would say, welcome to the real world...
If Gerard van Schip cares so much about this he should follow Kick-Starter's advice and seek legal action. It only costs $65 for small claims court at the local level and he can go out of state for about $110 if he wants to seek his donation back. He can add the court filling fee to the the "seeked" amount as well. I am sure Benny would be more than happy to cut a single refund check for someone who actually goes through the effort of court.
So can we please have an end to the Kick-Starter links and updates...
