If so (lost), then SPDC would be more than happy to make it front page news. I'm sure SDVI / GRAFFITI and us shareholders will be compensated. What Ken needs to do is say something at least on the status.

As far as staring a new company I'm for it all. Maybe Ken knows that there will be a payout in our favor and what better way to use this well deserved money is in a new startup. I'm holding on to my shares. I'm in.
