How is this for a scenario. He mentions an r/s in a 10k knowing that all it would do is force peeps to sell. Now he does not need to mention this until it is time to do so. So anyway he mentions it has plenty of cash on hand to start buying all these cheap shares back hence reducing the o/s. Gets the o/s low enough to announce they are buying back shares the price skyrockets then he does an r/s when he does not need to do a 100,00 to one to get the pps to a dollar. Just a thought but highly do able.
