I am curious.
I am curious how you know that the EBM blades are NOT being tested on the LEAP engines. To my knowledge there has been no indication one way or another. It is probable that they are. Avio was one of the first partners identified with the LEAP project. There are multiple suppliers listed for the low pressure turbine components. My belief is that CFM did not want to make an announcement. I don't see that they have anything to gain by making such an announcement so why would they?
