He'd feel like he's in law school again, probably... and if that lawyer has a history of what-the-what?'s then maybe disbar charge or at least stop using him for Federal assignments, I suppose. Did I misunderstand something? Was it not a SEC assigned lawyer (or in his case, assign lawyer)?

Not that I don't make same mistakes or anyone else, its a spell checker, time taxed world.
