I would love to see some cost containment. If we get the DCs up that we need to have 2-3 day delivery time around the country. We should see less costs regarding opening DCs.

Our major costs should be:

1. Shipping
2. Inventory
3. Advertising
4. Salaries

I'm not sure of mgmt's focus with all these other ventures, but if we focus on reducing expenses and retaining subs dilution will come to an end. The problem I see is I don't know if they can do it since we are focused on books, audio, podcasts, direct download, golf, racing, extreme sports.....
