we got a delayed s-1 what meens 2 me. we have 2 pick up more worthless shares from cd holders so the company dont have to pay them. & when it clears, it will make gannon look like a hero when it goes to 0.0004. In the meen time evti will continue selling discounted shares to holders@ 0.00009 to sell right back 2 us for a profit.. Am i wrong? Any thoughts?
