well i have no doubt they will get the custodianship. the company has nobody working for it. I hope the guy taking over this doesn't do what the guy did who took over bfhj. When I was in that all of a sudden out of the blue the old ceo and crew was out and this new guy took over, set his salary at 400k a year and literally the company has done nothing since then and its been 4 years. Maybe these guys have figured out the money isn't in investing in penny stocks, its in *coughs* running them lol Whats interesting about the bfhj situation is he elected his own board of directors, which means he can never be replaced. If anyone knows how these people get to takeover companies legally and they want to explain I would be all ears. I know this is a different situation then the other one bc their are no officers or employees in this one but its really interesting how they can pick their salarys and all that stuff
