Theoreticallly - my respect. Practical at pennstocks - garbage as you do not get the nature of microcaps! I have been thinking like you for a long time ... until I noticed that chart technique is totally useless if stocks do not deliver confidence: A non-reporting zero-revenue non-investopr-relation microcap risks to die every minute ... so what shall chart technique help LOL It is a serious and proper stocks and not for OTC stocks.
However, it sound nicely intellectual to use 'chart technique' here
