Aside From The Open, All Buys Have Been At The Ask
VNDM is either fine with selling their inventory at .0004 or they are suppressing the price by shorting here, which is very risky.
The buyer(s) think they know something and if short, VNDM & VFIN think they know something.
When this is done, this will either get diluted back to .0001 or explode to prices we have not seen in a long time. If VNDM/VFIN is short tens of millions of shares and the price breaks to the upside, the forced covering could take this in the direction of being a real penny stock again.
The way the price action is trending, I am guessing we will know sooner than later.
