Well, the performance of the stock, and the positive nature of news and developments was excellent under Richard K, IMO, and everything has been downhill since he was ousted and Duane Spader and Jim "Baby Face" White, the skin cream salesman from North Carolina, took over the company. Not one SEC filing and no positive developments or news to speak of since then. The last filed 10-Q (Q ending 6/30/14) reported around $1.75 Million in revenue, which clearly appeared to be ramping up strongly at the time. Everything since then has been downhill, and the shareholder updates were not kind to Mr. Spader.

All that having been said, you seem to be very close to the company. Who is currently in charge and running the company and what is going on? What efforts are underway to bring the SEC filings current? What is the current revenue stream? Have any of the sales team that were reportedly laid off by Mr. Spader and Jim White been brought back to close sales and service the customer base? Are we still realizing significant revenue from the fish pond pucks that seemed to fly out of inventory by themselves and were referenced to shareholders as having very high profit margins?

This is a very critical part of the year with the main planting season coming up and customers reserving inventory, etc. The shareholders have a right to know what is going on. Hoping you can help with that?
