It's not BS. INCV is operating on such low volume right now and if you look at the chart alone it is easy to see that this is at a bottom and highly oversold. I'm not gonna nap out for you why I think a stock is a good investment, I am entitled to my opinion and you are to yours as well, unless you're a moderator quit trying to run the show.
