Welll....take 5,560,000,000 authorized minus 4,254,777,485 issued and outstanding and you get = 1,305,222,215 remaining authorized shares minus 775,000,000 company issued shares and that leaves 530,222,515, divided by 20 milli series c preferred shares and that would be 26.5 shares. Weird number, but its possible each share is converted to 26 common shares.
