The bid is exactly where the market thinks it should be. There is no evidence that this is going to be a billion dollar company. Lots of miles before any reasonable analysis can put that fundament on this puppy. Remember they are in court because they made a deal for financing out of desperation that came back to bite them. It's a where's the beef situation. So might say the bid is generous for the evidence available...Right now all there is is a powerpoint presentation promising wolf tickets...
