~AMBS is as toxic of a stock as the Japanese Nuclear Reactor @ Fukushima. The company is about to increase its OS to 500 million from 35 million. And it just recently did that from 7 million last year. There is a reason why the stock dropped from $8 to .10 cents in less than a year. IT's called toxic death spiral financing.
