VNDM Returns - Ironridge Dumping Or Helping VFIN Short?

I have not seen Vandham Securities in a while. When Ironridge was dumping (and possibly shorting) long ago, they (VNDM) were controlling the shares and price.

So one has to wonder, with their return are they selling more for Ironridge - or are they trying to build a firewall for whoever is short and wants to keep this down?
