Thanks again for the follow up. That makes sense they could've put that stipulation in there regardless of whether they are actually sec required.

I definitely like to see companies stay as current as possible with filings for the reasons you stipulated. Those penalties are not fun reading to say the least. But when/if powfolio does go live it will be a significant dent in those notes. Honestly, only two notes that I'm aware are left, makes it seem pretty doable in a real short time once it goes live.
