Nice article and balanced one.
Few things I noticed

1. The real skepticism of efficacy of P140 - which is fair considering that no BP has such therapy

2. The real hit is on scientific validation of data - why it is not presented in peer reviewed journal or in any scientific conference?

(Dr P said in one of the conf that they plan to publish the paper - not sure when)

The 2016 CRO was the right place and results were ready

3. The long time for the progress since 2010 results

4. Charlie going into P2 trial and not in P3 - this may give negative publicity

The questions raised are valid - they raise serious doubts about company and P140 but also reiterates need for such therapy. Points out the only alternative long period treatment

This means if P140 is effective - it can fetch good value but it is clearly risky and low chance of success.

IMO - this stock has A chance of becoming a 5 bagger (reaching $4 ) in next 18 months but it could go to 10 cents as well (higher probability) on failure or delay or lack of funding

I am staying invested and taking my chances
