Alright mr LegalizeMJ dude.....god I wish people had to take a stock trading test before they post anything stock related.

First, UPL did NOT miss or default on any payments, they got an extension and the company has almost 300 million in cash. Second, UPL has never had dividend's. Third, do some research before you run your mouth.

Until we hear if they get there debt re-financed, UPL is a day- trade play only.
