"Well, if a new authorized is done, and it is extremely high, then that pretty much could point to a failed r/s attempt."

That is the credited response. 90 percent credit.

The only missing element is that the AS raise doesn't need to be extremely high - they can just keep doing more of them as needed.

ANY AS increase would be strong evidence of a FINRA rejection of a RS request, in view of the January shareholders boolsheet letter that was released well into February that states an RS was/is in the loading tray.

ANY AS increase.

It's pretty unusual for FINRA to reject an RS request. It does happen, butt usually only in very egregious circumstances. IF FINRA rejects an RS request, then it is fairly frequent to see an SEC suspension therafter that refers to 'inadequate information in the marketplace' - and then it's off to the Grey market and an almost immediate 80 percent PPS drop and a dribble off to NoBidLand over time.

IF there is an AS increase in NTEK, then it will be all over pretty quickly, regardless of the size of the next AS increase. This death spiral will go into exponential overdrive and even some diehards will realize what's coming and rush for the exits with little to no buyside interest. It gets ugly quickly in that circumstance.
