Thanks for the follow up rickn. That part you pointed in sub sec (viii) is what has me confused about the requirement of filing. I could be completely oblivious to the rules of filing, but after reading the SEC OTC Link requirements, showing only the OTCBB companies are required to file in order to be listed - those on the OTC Link (pink) are not required that's what got me thinking they might not be in default (not to mention the 12 month period). Non-the-less it's in there and REDG owes the initial money plus interest, etc... either way. I was thinking the delinquent aspect in regard to late filing might not be plausible due to REDG NOT being listed as an OTCBB company, but rather the OTC Link status. I knew some companies did not have requirements in the OTC market, but couldn't remember which.
In all honesty, this will be a blip on the radar once, and if, Powfolio lives up to the hype thus far. The videos to me definitely who a quality app in the making. I think what brings this to an even higher level, and has been brought up before - this is just the Beta version, so there is a whole other level of improvements to come before it even hits the market.
