The 8k is being embraced as a positive event that the company likely has $ to pay ANDREAS 65k a month or 800k per year. THE TAPE AGREES WITH ME as there has been a nice stream of buying since the announcement.

My, oh my, how sad when a homophobic criminal like JOSEPH ZAMPETTI (aka "Celtics 2014" in the far corners of the public space where he has setup shop to pump SCRC) has to speak of his "CORE" as if they still exist and are holding all their gazillions of shares "long and strong", LOL...

The market doesn't give a rat's @$$ about anything SCRC files at this point as it is clear the market has kicked SCRC to the sidelines until it can demonstrate it has a viable business plan, can execute it profitably, and installs Mgmt whom the Street can trust -- not to mention proves that it has stopped doing business with sewer-dwelling criminals like JOEY Z.

Paid promoters like JOEY Z will insist that every share purchased is by a bona fide deep-pocketed "big investor" who sees what a "diamond in the rough" and "hidden gem" SCRC is, when, if you were to look at the tape and look at the technical indicators, the sp movement and volume has continued to move in harmonious lockstep with textbook trading patterns.

I've been telling folks for a long long time now that there is no imminent moonshot, and that it will take a long time to recover after having the sp and solid bases at higher price points collapse down on us. It is literally starting back at square 1 again. And what has happened?

SCRC spent the better part of a year loitering down in the .02x levels amassing a 20M share base. Late last year, SCRC began building a base at the .03x levels -- amassing over 8M shares at this level in a 3 month span, and bringing the total size of the base to over 12M shares. Now, we are seeing it take its next leg up, with indications that it is in the process of accumulating shares at the .04x levels now. Since the beginning of the year, we have seen approx 2.5M shares trade at the .04x levels, with almost 6M shares in total since last year. We are filling in the gaps, which is something I have been saying for a long time now.

Barring REAL news, this will continue as it does for any penny stock, whether its ticker is SCRC or CRAP. It is fragile and delicate, though, as evidenced by the weak bid support and the massive B/A spread that continues to plague the daily action. Gaps have to be filled; nothing anyone can do about that rule. And it will take time.

This is a classic trading stock right now with plenty of money to be made for short-term day traders as well as mid-term swing traders. The only losers continue to be those who got suckered by JOEY Z and his criminal CORE group to buy and hold everything when the sp was at much higher price levels. Those who bought at the .02x and .03x levels are in control and will continue to be in control until enough of their shares churn over at the .04x-.06x levels when these new shareholders will rule the roost until they can churn over, etc, etc, etc.

Not too difficult to make money w/SCRC so long as folks understand that SCRC is a development stage penny stock and not a blue chip pharma company like Glaxo, the way that JOEY Z and his CORE con artists like to try to get suckers to believe.

Oh, pssst, JOEY Z, feel free to actually discuss the merits of my points at any time -- I've been waiting years for any type of substantive response but have seen nothing but trumpertantrums, side-stepping, and mis-direction, the likes of which are usually only seen in behavior of back-alley hawksters of 3-card monty games...

And feel free to stop engaging in securities fraud and begin disclosing the fact that you have been compensated to promote SCRC as mandated by Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 the way that thousands of other LEGITIMATE promoters do -- your adoring fans can't wait to see it... ...after all, what possible reason could there be as to why a paid pumper doesn't want folks to know that he's been paid to do so??? Hmmm, I wonder...
