Well, they have no product or truly anything else compelling. They also have an outrageously low AS that is completely maxed out. Plus, they failed to achieve a quorum twice and as a result couldn't RS and/or raise the AS after foolishly reducing the AS if memory serves. So, if they choose to do anything and anyone shows up to buy at all, it could move with moderate ease IMO. However, to date, they've made zero effort and the initial front man Ezra stepped down, kind of, it's OTC, they never really leave, just hide in the shadows. Now, the new front man with a sordid past, Rector, is taking over. They're very delinquent on the 10K and have a ton of preferred/convertibles that carried over from the initial monster P and D supplement scam. So, IMO, they will do something with the shell at some point, RM , transfer to a state that doesn't require a quorum, or both. They could also just go dark and shaft the debt and common holders. Right now, delinquent and dark, but that could change at some point. Someone snatched up a little less than half a penny worth of shares today, maybe that will kick things off.
