Judge is concerned about FRAUD



The fraud has already occured. The bad guys are charged with CIVIL CRIMES, and one is in The County Jail. But the jailbird crimes are related to his LEVEL III fund and not Treaty. And he resigned from Treaty well before being arrested.

The judge trial can't correct the wrong the has allegedly been done.

The SEC has already eliminated the threat to future investors.

Smart investors do not waste their money and go after criminals because of links and tall tales posted on social media. Once the court determines that the SEC's case is solid and finds the Fab 103 guilty, than shareholders have that option.

Being ENVIOUS is continuously talking about another or that person's like's and enjoyments in life no matter if it has anything to do with the topic or not. Each time it is done ... CASE IN POINT !
