Here's some of my DD,
THE BUSINESS.

JNSH is a small mom and pop electrical contracting company that specializes in temperature control installations. They are consistently profitable, but the profits are that of a small mom and pop contracting company.

They acquired a charging network and went to court against CCGI to defend it. They won the lawsuit but spent more money on the lawsuit then what the charging network was worth. According to the 1/20/16 press release, the network had 911 sessions of use at 2.31 hours per session. These chargersare in the best locations.

How much are they charging? At $1.50 per hour that would be $3,500 for a month. That would be Gross.

On 11/18/14 they partnered with NRG eVgo and handed over their level 3 chargers and were supposed to install and maintain eVgo chargers. A year and a half later and earnings are not reflected. It seems NRG eVgo are losing money on their charging division.

It seems that nobody is making money is public charging.

No real growth in the sector. Sales were down 6% last year. The current marketshare is less than .66% percent. To reach 2% by 2020 would require a miracle.

State of Illinois ends rebates. Look for slower sales in Chicago.

According to plugshare.com, Chicago is totally saturated with EV chargers already.

Will add more mañana :) Knowledge is Power!
