Seems likely in my opinion as well. We could see multiple financing deals lined up over several weeks in an effort to drive share price up for an extended period of time for an uplisting. Once Uplisted and trading at a higher share price they would likely raise additional capital via the open market. While this will dilute shareholders, it won't exactly be a negative if they use the capital intelligently.

Just my guess on where things are headed. If they can get anything close to $3 billion in financing they originally had access to this stock could easily be trading at $5 to $10 alone based on market cap.
