Unfornutely the note is an albatross that has to get resolved, which if/when Powfolio launches will happen. If not, well, good luck to us all. One thing about the note is the default date, I read that again and it seams the default was going to 12 months (from the new date of November/december) due to the new agreement. I could be misunderstanding and if so please share. But if it is the 12 months then it is not in default yet. I'm not trying to avoid anything, just trying to make sure I'm understanding things accurately. I know it's been discussed in the past, but with the Beta release of Powfolio on the horizon I just want to make sure it is as clear as possible, and perhaps for any new viewers to be aware of.

I have a follow up question also, maybe you guys can clear up in regards to late filings though, which might show some exemption. SEC regulations state the those on the OTC link (pink) do not have to have current filings, which as understand it, redg is currently listed as and if I understand it then would be exempt from the fees for late filing. I know you guys will have the answer. This by no means excuses the late filings in my opinion. If they are to get to the point Benny wants it to get to then filings need to be current - period. That being said, I just thought it might alleviate at least one of the big financial burdens.
