Jazzjam,

I understand. So, here is why it has been taking longer. We are trying to line up some funding in conjunction with the S1. I thought we were going to have to file it as a shelf registration with no monetary commitments prior, but we have been talking with some funding groups that will need to be included in the filing if they are to bring capital to the company. So, please be patient as we try to make this happen. These discussions are ongoing and so we have been holding off for this reason. The financials should be available any day through the Sept Q as reviewed by the auditor. June Q has been reviewed. The year end will be due March 31st unless we extend. We have some good things to announce soon so keep posted.
