With the exception that none of what Grant writes matter. He's taken the projected share price from $15 down to $1 after ~5X dilution in less than a year.

And there is bad info. The company no longer has the Georgetown option. It let it expire.

If AMBS wasn't paying Zacks, it would never be covering AMBS.
