How can Vancouver of all places be looking to regulate and restrict dispensaries while making other places like Ottawa seem impotent? Strange things are happening.
I suspect the liberals will make the same bold statements they made during the electoral campaign at this UN summit. Many other nations will do the same , and many others, once cowered by Uncle Sams War on Minorities ( I mean Drugs ) , will find the same boldness to declare the same.
The liberals know it's not enough to make loud and bold declarations on this. Citizens can't use electoral promises as public policy.
However we want to moan about it, the meat is in the Legislation and regulations. How will the boarders be managed for import/exports. Lawyers have to do a sniff test.
Maybe get the MedMJ house in order first, and then expand on that frame work, such as a separate distribution model, and without insurance coverage. Similar to just opening up the MMPR to everyone now if it were to have not been struck down
