Agree Kezzek ///// Almost bought at that 1.88 ask pre-market but didn't want to pay up ...oops!

Reasons for hesitation

1. If you look at Smith detections ... they have a boatload of different agreements etc. ( See Website below )

2.24 months is a long time in the stock world

3.Pickens is an idiot ... you're gonna release this kind of information and not release any financial info so people can at least figure out if you're gonna make a 1.00 ... a million .... a billion ... or nothing at all????

Well .... I should have bought it and closed my eyes ... then flipped out of it ... would have been sweet ... not enough information though really to take the risk

Short term would have been a great flip in and out

but ... what the heck do I know .... Maybe I'll take a position later ...we'll see
