No One Knows

A buyer(s) looked to be accumulating shares and VFIN appears to be selling to him/them or shorting to try to kill any sort of price movement.

The stock remains at the mercy of VFIN. Either they will take this to .0002 in the near future or there will be some sort of news event that sends this off like a rocket ship.

Given the history of this stock and VFIN controlling it, down is the path of least resistance until something changes.
