General,

If the company is in such dire straits as you say they are.
Than, why have they not been shut down or fined or something?
True, the company has not been upfront on anything of value to the shareholders.
We would all like to hear some good news and make money from our investment and than move on.
Lastly, your vague information is suspect and highly questionable.
