Mobile Growth Portends Channel Opportunity
"Cisco predicts that more than half of cell traffic will need to be off-loaded to fixed connections or Wi-Fi networks, and 4G connectivity will account for 10 percent of all concurrent connections in 2017."
-Smartphones, laptops and tablets will create 93 percent of mobile traffic by 2017, with 10 billion mobile device connections
-Close to 50 percent of mobile traffic will be offloaded to Wi-Fi or hard lines by 2017, reaching 9.6 exabytes per month
IMO, there could be a serious connection here with iTalk and Project Fi. Whether not not there is a connection, iTalk will still be a major player in this industry. Just my feelings.
