Toby doesn't know any more than the rest of us. In fact I would argue that we know more than he does. On several occasions he asked me questions about the stock and company's future... He parted ways from the company years ago. I have stayed in contact with him over the years a bit.

The stock trades very thin. If you want to sell you will have trouble, but if you want to buy any large quantity for under 15 cents you also will have trouble. It's not a Red flag, it just means that the float is pretty tight and there isn't a ton of buying and selling.
