I remember checking this site out for a while but not thinking much to it. It looks like they are investing in some types of Chinese Media Outlets but who knows. Site looks basic but I dont believe those contact names were there months ago

Yuanzuo Fund dedicates itself to the journey of searching and preserving their in-depth literature work through copyrights acquisition and retrofitting of the work, which helps to protect the masterpieces of the great authors as well as discover and disseminate the works of authors who shows great potential.
