While some don't think there are any reclaimation liabilities, it is interesting that that Paul Nordstrom at the BLM says no mining until those reclaimation liabilties are taken care of.

If the new mine owners were serious about going into production, these liabilites would be taken care of. But when Paul went out there last week, nothing has been done.

Mining season is here, they are wasting time.
