Nobody panicked coz of the daily death cross last year... they just woke up and said WTF? then blamed it on some judges decision that coincided with the death cross technicals. Peeps don't panic over what they don't understand but Ralph Nader said FnF won't get anywhere with the courts until at least 2017, and then there will be yet another administration to deal with it. IMO Donald Trump would set them free just to pump his Real Estate holdings if he ends up being the Prez.
