Interesting response to my inquiry as to the current OS - Outstanding Share Count - for Velatel [VELA].

I found that Quicksilver Stock Transfer in Las Vegas was the transfer agent for VELA. Sent them an inquiry last Friday and received a response today.

Velatel went out of business, we no longer keep their records.

Although VELA obviously is trading 1. There must be a stock transfer agent - correct? 2. It is possible I suppose for a company to have no business but still have a stock symbol and trade. VELA has been silent for almost two years.

Frankly - I am baffled by this response. Not what I expected.
