Certainly a strange situation.

Last communication from them was their report that came out in late 2014. Nothing since.

Some roundabout inquiries I've made suggest they might technically still be in business. There have not, after all, been any announcements of chapter 7s or 11s. And I do not believe they are required to report their earnings.

But they get roundly criticized on some EV DIY sites for being completely unresponsive to emails. I don't even think the advertised phone number is connected.

Very odd.

Probably tanked but who knows?
