Other parts yes, BUT...

There will be other parts made with EBM besides LPT Blades, this is true, GKN has a part approved and there are 2 per plane...

BUT, no other parts identified so far have anywhere near the potential for near term growth that LPT Blades provide... there are about 400 of these blades per ENGINE... vs the 1s and 2s of brackets per PLANE... there have been 10,000 LEAP engines ordered so if they were to adopt EBM some time in the near future in addition to the 2 sections of the GE9x that have been announced that would be huge... These blades are being certified with the GE9X engines but have already passed the approval process at GE to be included in the test engines...

If Arcam were to lose out on LPT Blades their growth to a $200Mil / year company would be very considerably slower (without the LPT blade order in December of last year Arcam's YOY growth in machines sales would have only been 14%)... on the other hand if the other major players embraced EBM for their LPT Blades (RR, P&W, HW, Safran) the sky would indeed be the limit for Arcam... LPT blades is all they would ever have to do... the rest would just be icing on the cake...

Cheers
